Our SWEAT classes incorporate body weight movements, light weight & high reps in conjunction with high intensity cardio. We focus on various fitness characteristics such as endurance, core strength, flexibility and stamina. These elements give you a total body workout… leaving you SWEATing and exhausted but also Toned, Defined, and feeling your Best. We are not another bootcamp program or typical aerobic fitness class. We focus on proper form; whether it’s for simple sit-ups, running, bicep curls or squats so that you are getting the most out of your workouts and keeping your body healthy and injury free.
